LOL! I have a fundamental problem with the whole "garnish" thing anyhow...

A "Garnish" is applied TO something - not taken away. Like the parsley Janice mentioned.

I understand that the fee is added to the income - but it seems contradictory. So I vote it be renamed "degarnishment."

Think I'll get anywhere with that?
