The Mega Farm - pie in the sky?

I have listened to the recent CC. My impression is that 60 million dollars to start up the Mega Farm have not been raised. Has anything been raised? How much? If it is uncertain if SIAF will be able to raise money by selling bonds it also looks uncertain if SIAF will be able to raise 60 million dollars for the Mega Farm. In this context I don't understand wny the Mega Farm is assumed to have a value of 10 dollars or more per share in SIAF.

Oh I see now .... it was perfectly fine all along for Solomon to purposely mislead investors and lie about events that HE KNEW all along wouldn't be realized ..... all for the purpose of selling as much stock as possible. You do realize that if SIAF had done this as a big board stock, it would have already been halted by now. And you do realize that there's still a very very good chance that the stock will be suspended, even as an OTC. And you do realize that ALL of those airline employees still risk losing everything .......
