Share buyback is not in their best interests right now. They need the money they have to fund growth not raise the pps. If they spend the money they have to buyback shares they will just need to issue new shares shortly thereafter.

you can email about buy back or share retirement or any thing you want but don't forget the fundamental equation. if they have few dollars, they wouldn't be selling shares to pay bills and debts.
if they indeed announce a "buy back", then it should be a BIG RED FLAG. IMO

Nothing personal, but I don't see any reason that people on this board are always suggesting that we e-mail the company about this or that. They are obviously not going to give out any info that they will be releasing on their own time line,just to appease some antsy kids on I-HUB.Plus some of the questions about SS may still be up in the air, therefore they can't give you an answer anyway.
