in cynx they did the dilution when they did toxic financing with asher and than they jacked the a/s o/s float, with barz they are getting equity loans that are paid in shares than diluted on to the market, they pr'd delivering 1000 units in december with 15,000 shipping 1st quarter of 2014 and their financials state otherwise and shows nothing delivered and no revenue which the company is to recognize upon shipment sent. not to mention now they are looking for more toxic financing in the coming months..........dont even get me started on how lame that letter to the shareholders was!
