I just looked on PACER and didn't see any filing. Here's what showed up for PPHM as a defendant:

They are looking for a new judge and the DOJ best be looking at all cell phone records associated with all names on this filing. Then get to the bottom for who is bank rolling another effing Class Action... and hope the DOJ looking into this does not get the door slammed on them if they find some leads up ....into governmental affairs.....

Ironically now....one monopoly (BPs) simply keeping the attempt strong to stop the Bavi monopoly (that will be needed with mostly all treatments).... and this will only allow more preferred shares...etc to land in Tustin supporting hands, increasing future voting power all in Tustins control.

The war no one wants to lose! The more that PS Targeting results make into the mainstream......and researchers .....etc, the less likely Peregrine will be treated like Dr. Koch and have to relocate to Brazil.
