Not the entire truth. It is not positive in my opinion. If the authorized shares are issued that means a dilution of almost 3:1 for share value. The increase tells me that deals will be paid for with stock, the worst kind of financing for shareholders. That is part of this sell off. Also notice the fund to employee stock. All decided in a private meeting of the group of majority shareholders.
