If my assertions are correct - it will eventually be much lower than $0.12/share.

Where are the financials?

How are they spending OUR (the shareholders) money?

Are those loans going to bloated salaries and bonuses or to fund/drive shareholder value?

Why does it take over 12 months to report financials? If Crestmark loaned them more money they had to have financials prepared.

What are they hiding?

If they have money for acquisitions they have money for auditors to file.
