Maybe not leaving, but obviously not in position anymore to take over from Ed anytime soon.

Does anyone have contact information for Mr. Esposito? I would love to hear his take on the current state of MZEI's Corporate governance, considering no shareholders meeting for 5 years, no BOD elections, no quarterly earning calls etc..
