Vic, thank you for the investment advice and insight on the game of "dodge ball".

You speak from your own experience and obviously you played with people who stuck to the rules. What about those who don't play by the rules though? If the naked shorts are forced to cover in 1 - 2 weeks then how come AURC is on the Reg SHO list for 42 trading days? How come there are 160 companies on this list for more than 13 days? How come there are 4 companies on the list for 302 days? It sure sounds to me like there are some who are willing to take the risk of not covering and are getting away with it.
