Well, Sunworks is on track for $20 million-plus in revenue this year. Does that = at least $17 million? Clearly there is legitimate cell tech. here or Sunworks wouldn't have sold for a little cash plus convertible notes for shares of what would be a worthless company (if there was no cell).
If intrinsic valuation calculations were as simple as the formula you provided, everyone would be rich. Why is TSLA worth 25 billion when they sold less than 3000 cars last year and Ford worth less than 3 times that (65 billion) when they sold close to 2.5 million vehicles?
