Probably the crooked CEO Cheung and his criminal co-conspirator Charles Hensley as they embark on yet another attempt to pump and dump this woeful scam. They're probably worried it will fail like some of their previous attempts, or that the SEC will step in and close this egregious scam down.

Having drawn the SEC's attention to this scam with the medical marijuana nonsense, they can't put that genie back into the bottle. I have a feeling they will come to regret that mis-step.
