I expect news to be posted (at the earliest) on Thursday this week at 1:00 p.m. or Friday at 8:30 a.m. This has been their pattern. ETEK has given everything to their Auditors, who have told ETEK not to disclose anything, to not report updates until they are finished. They are new to ETEK and must start from scratch and thus I am not surprised this is taking so long. Is it a good sign or bad? It is good that they are taking their time to report accurately because if the news is good, which I expect it will be positive, as the CEO seems to have a handle on the business and is directly involved with its growth, the PPS will jump to reflect this news. I have been involved with audits in the past and can say that auditors like to take their time, especially with new businesses. The likelyhood of any other news release prior to the auditors is very small. I have a feeling once news is released, you will see a flurry of news releases spread out over the next coming 2-3 weeks.
