If they put out a semi-annual report then june 30th would be final day. Which if everything goes according to hoyle means we should get numbers on july 14

Can't paste actual email, but I inquired about when updated financials will be filed and got back a response saying thanks for the note, it should be within next 6 weeks...

I sent it last week of May, got a response today

Because I asked about updated financials, I assume all filings in arrears would be made current.

We'll see...

P.S. I have a hard time believing that TCA would float $1m to NLEF in late April not knowing state of financial statements, although I doubt audited...but what do I know...there must be some form of financials but maybe just not the notes or other disclosure requirements
