Should be this week. Market had an exaggerated reaction as usual, partly due to that other shipping company (N[E]WL) continuing to drop after that big short squeeze 2 weeks ago (this one is in better shape fiscally, imo, without all the historic reverse splits).
Huge bounce last December here off this area. FREE hasn't historically remained under the lower Bolliger Band for very long. Good to grab and hold onto these discounts while they last:
