THAT's what I don't like. It WON'T do shareholders any good to spin off WORTHLESS shares to them.
The GEAR shares that ppl received will NEVER be worth anything of value. It's just a ploy to keep ppl buying this stock.
IF the stock GEAR ever does IPO, those spin-off shares will be restricted for at least a YEAR - meaning you cannot sell them - and won't be worth the paper they're printed on when you can.

I speak from experience. I still have the cusip numbers of WORTHLESS spin-off shares in my account from years ago....that would cost me $100s to remove from my account my broker told me.

You can believe me or not. If not, peeps will learn the hard way.
