CWIR: THERE COULD BE BILLIONS OF SHARES OUT THERE that are being disposed of before restructuring takes place. This may have been going on for a very long time now.
No one knows WHO owns WHAT shares or HOW MANY at the present time. Hopefully FINRA can sort it all out. This could, however, be a big mess and cause endless delays and possibly many more types of problems.
