That is a list of suggestions, a recomended guideline. What has that have to do with law?

That docomument in a way proves my point. I do not see anywhere that it makes amy referense to law.

The application of patents and how they are to be used is still up in the air.

There may be a storm brewing to prevent the future existance of companies like Rambus, heaven forbid.

The world of globalization will be one of survival for the future of America if our government applies restictions to innovation. Much of the rest of the world (mainly India, China and Russia) will be leaving us in the wake.

I guess part of the point I am trying to make is that our application of tort law is absurd.

Tort lititgation can last seemingly forever, while criminal law is over with and done with in several months at most.

Any way that is another story..
