By who? Whatever the case, even if LUSI was maxed out at 950 mil o/s, the market cap is extremely low. It's a shame that no one is doing anything with this shell. The s/s truly is good. Max market cap of 190K? Unheard of. But a stagnant shell is not that exciting, that's for sure.
