Thanks. It seems that whatever had been worrying the markets earlier in May has dissipated. What new worry will replace the old one?

Fosback's High Low Logic Index spiked to the bearish end of its spectrum during the week of May 5th. Since then it has drifted lower each week. While not quite back to bullish, it has covered most of that distance. In the mean time most of the other things I monitor for market risk remain neutral and not too scary.

As always, it pays to bring up that "Average Risk" doesn't mean no risk at all!!!

I am now almost 34% cash. Building it slowly. Option trading is helping but the trades I want to do are drying up. No volatility in the market I guess.
