Why would he have 2 different spellings of his first name? One is Garry with DUTV, the other is Gary with Mathews Inc....I'm not doubting this at all. Wallstreet seemed convinced that it was the same guy. He got the phone number from the accountant listed in the filings.
So the real question is why would Garry/Gary be using two different names...not just once but consistently?
All of this said, it really doesn't change the fact that DUTV has not filed/followed up from last filing. Really this is just another distraction or twist you might say to the story line. At least it gives everyone something else to discuss.
I expect that this number will get diluged with calls. No one will be able to speak with him here, just his representative.
His rep. will not be able to confirm that he owns DUTV. You should know these things already saralove. You should also know that his name should be spelled correctly if it is the Mchenry we have been looking for, unless he is trying to obscure himself.
This just seems like another diversion from getting to the real facts about DUTV. IMHO.
