If you check the sources I provide on the table I've been posting on a weekly basis, you'll see where each data set comes from. I also generally provide the link in each post (although I do forget to from time to time).

Once again, here is the source. And once again, the prices are not the prices PEIX receives. Everyone got that?

As I've said several times, if someone wants to provide links that will give me the terminal prices across the same locations, I'll gladly welcome it. Otherwise, I'll continue to tabulate the data sources consistently on an equivalent comparison basis as I have been to date. The last thing I'm going to switch to is a mix of different, inconsistent data sets.

Pacific Ethanol's Contractual Agreement with Refiners is Unknown,
but they do Deliver to the Racks.

They May Save Money on Transporting to the Refineries
by Delivering to the Racks.

Deliver a Portion to the Refinery and part to the Rack ?

Majic Valley is Far from a Refinery,Maybe All is Taken to
the Rack.

Also Pricing,In the Interview he said the Refinery is
Billed for Ethanol Taken to the Rack.

Possibly Just Spot Prices and the Savings On the Delivery
by Taking to the Rack is the Incentive.

or maybe they get more for Rack , but Less than Rack Price
for Delivering It There.

This Area is Very Opaque,I would Like to Know the Answer Myself.

But as I have Said,IR doesn't Like Me Any More

I think the Reason they Have an Average Selling Price for each Quarter that Is Close to the Average Spot Price for each Quarter.

Is they get paid a Fraction more at the Rack

DTN always talks about the Rack price, when talking about margins
for some reason.Maybe it is Factored in Some How

Can't be Sure , but it has to Cost Something to Transport millions of gallons to their Destinations, and I don't see the Transportation
of the Ethanol Factored In to that Equation.

If they Did have a Cost to Transport, It seems like Trucking is
Expensive and Would Knock down Margins per gallon.

Maybe it Covers the Cost of Transporting the Ethanol to
the Refineries and Racks and that's It.If they do Even
Get Extra.
