HESG-CMF off the charts--how can this be ignored???



why would this stock be trading like this if it wasn't going to make a serious move up???

volume is sporadic, price action was sporadic at times, building new base at $.0002 with over 1 billion on the bid

i just cant seem to figure out why this stock trades so much if there is no reason for it to ever move.

i only mention this bc you talk about CMF so much as a very important indicator and in 2014 i saw three stocks go from $.0002 to $01
