No, you denying the facts doesn't negate the fact that the SEC suspended PHOT due to stock fraud.

Do you actually believe the SEC found PHOT "not guilty" and then sentenced them to a suspension & the grey markets?????

What part of the SEC suspension = GUILTY OF FRAUD. You keep saying that. Nowhere on the SEC site or press releases does it say that. Just because you keep repeating it does not make it so.

Papa V are you really that Naive? An SEC suspension is basically the death blow to a stock, yes it will contiune to trade on the grey market, but eventually like all other's that will end.

This stock will never emerge from the grey market, The SEC doesn't just halt stocks for fun, the stock was halted for practices that seemed sketchy, it sucks that alot of people lost serious money in this stock, but that's the risk you take when playing with pennies

You are correct that the SEC didn't charge the company with fraud, but man you got to read between the lines, I have NEVER seen a penny stock recover from a SEC halt
