2 post reply, i misspoke . . . they don't "need" to, but that is the best process . . . a form 15 would have been just as simple to file . . . think of it as a standard process . . . file 12j, go private, attempt restructure, fail at restructure, declare insolvency, file chapter 11, get a judge approved deal, relist . . .
