I am not even sure he did...I am actually giving him he benefit of the doubt that he is not that ignorant of the requisite SEC Forms.

He should thank me. In fact the announcement tweet of a forthcoming correction tweet/PR came out literally 5 minutes after I suggested on this board that he should correct it as he should have referred to a Form 10.
