And the list grows longer...of what is obviously the true KMAG Long crowd.
Having given it some thought, and as easy as it'd be for smoke_em (15% owner hoping the other 85% hold tight to $2-$3) to foot such an excursion, methinks Reid should be the one to reward shareholders so generously, for all their anguish and tribulations.
Now, while such a 'shareholder dividend' would normally cite screams and hollars of misappropriation of company profits from 'shareholders', I'll lay a dollar to a dime that the 'true KMAG Long' list owns 90% of the float, leaving only 1 in 10 to gripe about such a 'dividend'.
In retrospect, it's really not that hard of an equation to figure out: anyone who can prove they owned, and still own, KMAG shares prior to Sept 18th, 2012, is entitled to the 'dividend'.
I mean, so what if such a 'dividend' cost the company even $500K? If debt-free KMAG is making the $$, a half mil is still a small divi, all in all. And a divi that's gonna likely cover 90%+ of current KMAG owners anyhow.
Sounds like a fair proposition to me.
