Sounds like the merchants will have the app in Colorado. Maybe if you're in any other state they just want to test transferring money instead of spending. Good question. Someone should ask Ed on Facebook.

Sounds eazy breezy to me....
Tell the merchant they only have to pay approx 1% of the transaction instead of 3%+ with a credit card or PayPal.
