Yep, I'm starting to be convinced that financing is going to happen. I'm excited about "Yellow", because it should bring in some needed revenues. However, financing and that first studio is my first priority. That's when we become a serious company and true investors will take notice!

I'm also thinking once we get the financing for the studio, we will be able to finalize that MOU with Prime Focus. I don't see Prime Focus signing the contract, until they know the studio can be built. That's my second priority! I think Prime Focus is huge to this deal.

It's coming together.. slowly, but surely! :)

Also a big reason they paid off that credit line in the last 10Q. Less debt equals better ratios equals Loan Approval
