After all, there's been an OS increase of 1000% in 3 years.
And now that the OS is maxed out, there may be more dilution coming.

Truth is, PFNO is unregistered stock.
No filings needed for major shareholders.
Only basic unaudited filings.......

Makes it easy to finagle everything about this con game.
