That was what I was also guessing is happening jamboy -- note holders holding it down.... One thing though is it would be nice if Domark can both extend the initial licencing term and also get some kind of option with value fixed now in advance while things are in start up mode, for a clear buy out of the north american rights, so basically in some way they have a longer assured runway of the rights... I think the business of the monetizer is great , and Domark will do a great job with it, but the contract may need some tweaking...
