I don't know if they changed the scent but the old Winning Colours had a sickening smell like a bunch of over ripe bananas.

If you recall, the distinct scent of 1000+ was introduced as stated on the first aid disclaimer on the bottle (pic below). Also, there are not many cleaning products that you can simply flush from the eyes with just water and not suffer consequences or be rushed to the hospital.
