Let's see Simpleprepay was first announced on 05/15/2013 - over a year ago but oddly still coming soon.

And according to SKTO in a 01/31/2014 press release Janes Card was Live - but now 4 months later it is still coming soon.

Oh, and head over the the SKTO website - and check out the services they provide and they are still coming soon for over a year!

Sounds like SKTO is the Coming Soon company.

And the Paypal comparison is very funny.
