Thanks, hoping the pps doesn't drop below the bought offering pps , so your .55 sounds good. Overall like the deal however just wasn't expecting it, really thinking it was more likely a larger company would be acquiring Madalena somewhere down the line. So this deal will increase the value for any deals in the future with the increased acreage and production or allow mdlnf to grow quicker thru the increased revenue stream.
