bb15, the web page shows production at the rate of 520 tons per day. As far as the length of time needed to construct a plant, the modular construction that they have developed will cut the time considerably (I think I have seen estimates of less than a year). Also, the fact that they are a "green" producer is a major plus in todays politically correct mania world.
