The bases that get covered are the significant ones, so... yes, both.

Maybe more can be gleaned: a) few substances exist that do the job so the list is short and thus an explicit embodiment enabled, b) the wider scientific community is actively tracking Cellceutix compounds and NDA's that have been signed by the assignee companies allowed the scientists of those companies access to information on Kevetrin. The information the scientists received has given them cause to explicitly list Kevetrin as an example in their inventions.
