Accounting. You are so right with solar city it's not even funny. Let's say we do 20MM this year. Given solar city's price to sales ratio of 22 that would make us worth 1.51 dollars. Add in the 150 million share dilution that may occur and that is exactly one dollar. This stock is a winner and there is no getting around it. (Imagine if we got 411MM in tax breaks like them)

Correct me if I'm wrong sun works has positive gross profit but 10k shows neg net profit NOT GOOD!

I like what you wrote, however...

Comparing SCTY to SUNworks is comparing a utility to a installer.
SCTY has a different revenue stream. SUN sells a service, SCTY sells energy. BIG difference.

I mentioned in a post a weeks or months ago that SLTD to me seems like a obvious acquisition target for SCTY. SCTY needs to be the manufacturing/innovating sector in order to keep up with the big boys.
