I do not see him as what you call a 'scam artist', but rather a CEO that is trying any direction they can to make the company profitable. I guess that sometimes it may appear to be a scam until the revenue is achieved. Even if you are more perceptive than me, and it is a scam, there is surely money to be made for speculators.
