I still haven't heard why they engaged a firm in the past and Sherman lied about the 'intention to become current' that would make this new statement worth anything.

Sherman directly told shareholders they were going to get current during a CC three years ago,

.....released a few filings,

......and then fell 15 filings behind while telling shareholders nothing and went dark making his statement at the CC a full blown lie.

Why is this 'intention' now to be believed if he has already lied once before about it ?
