i guess they "can" but they would have to be pretty "dumb" to put $30,000 in at $.0004 or above when 30K buys 300,000,000 @ $.0001

so chances are they are either just gambling it away/STUPID, have a **** ton of $$$ or it is not retail.

95% of my buys in $.000 land are at $.0001 or lower, YES, LOWER. ;)
