Please DO say what leaps and bounds you are talking about.

ORRV was given an area and a boat. They had a crew on that boat. They didn't pay the crew, so the crew quit. The crew also took the equipment from the boat for their back pay. The boat then was put in dock. the dock fees were not paid, and the boat was taken. It is gone. Forever. The only person standing as "the company" was the CEO. the CEO and a friend of His named Jay then said they found a ton (Figuratively) of emeralds. Even have pictures of the CEO and the emeralds. Then ORV announced they owned 5.21% of the company that Jay started that officially found the emeralds, and that Scott helped him find them. That story started to unravel, and finally a store owner admitted that the emeralds were BOUGHT in the store. NOT found. Jay in turn committed suicide. That left the CEO again. The FBI was at the trial to ascertain the legality of the emeralds, and has served the CEO with a notice saying he (And a few oth4ers) are officially under investigation for the fraud committed concerning the emeralds.

THAT'S the facts and the DD. No boat. no crew. No employees. No money. No boat. No friends. And a CEO under notice that the FBI is probably going to indict him for treasure finding fraud.

Tell me what part of that puts them leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. Tell me where ANY entity would want to merge with ORRV, since ORRV has no permits for ANY areas and no friends in the industry any more. Even if new money came in, there is nothing to DO with that money, since they can't dive anywhere and entities like the state of Florida are NOT going to give a permit IMHO to a group with a CEo about to be indicted for fraud in the very area (treasure hunting) that they would be looking for a permit. Nope, new money would actually be leaps and bounds ahead if they started from SCRATCH instead of starting so far behind the eight ball with a company like this that has about 6 strikes against it and nothing going FOR it. Just tell me why you think they have anything going for them. I'm not opposed to hearing the other side of the story. Just want to hear it, instead of being told it exists and nothing else about it shown. Thanks. :-)
