Hard to understand why people tolerate making an investment that goes against them this egregiously and justify it by saying "they needed my money for the project and that's OK, even necessary".
It's one thing to be long a stock and stick to it, or even just to lose money on a stock, but I'd prefer to mail them a few thousand dollars than to be cheated out of it, my words.
Lesson #1 for me, if I can't call the TA and get current o/s DON'T BUY and/or never buy a penny stock without calling TA first.
Lesson #2, the second stock this year (on my radar) where a/s were increased nearly 10X o/s and stock price tanked in short order with BMAK and VFIN, etc as the primary market participants.
This stock is 99.9% off it's 52wk high. Maybe .002 is good entry point, but a lot of people have been really hurt on this one and it's NOT OK. Unacceptable. Unjustifiable.
