So one truly can not talk of the framers as if they were of one mind

And re FNMA - it was saved from a catastrophe it did not make - the GOV did save it

The GOV at that time had choices and it chose conservatorship

NOW - it makes me very mad to hear congresspeople say they want to take my property - because they invested at a dark time - they got 79.9% and 13% for investing money in an ASSET BACKED company

So - rule of law - eminent domain if they want my property or simply let me have it back now

but I will not accept that FNMA did not need some help - and that the GOV has some right to some original deal

Just that they can not change that deal post fact - and do so when in essence they are on both sides of the offer and accept

(but there is nothing liberal or right wing or tea party about simple right and wrong and rule of law ..... the gov invested they get a return - and we get our company ... seems so simple on occassion
(and I do not think F and F should be GSEs with duopoly power - as I do not believe in Monopolies or Duopolies)
