SKTO closed last Friday at 0.011 and closed today at 0.0143 - up 30% a nice week - but it was a insiders induced run.

How many times has this happened in the last year but it never sustains.

And how long before shareholders realize that there isn't going to be a merger.

Or investors learn that the financials are a disaster and SKTO lost almost $13 million in the first quarter.
