How is this good news? They will end up with a DC in Maryland, avoid trying to "transition" a subscriber base which would probably just go find more porn than switch, and they will save the cost of the acquisition. How is it bad news is the question.

It's not good news but it's not that bad of news either. unfortunately it was just enough to create panic and make people overreact. We will rebound IMO
