That is your opinion, mine is totally different, fundamentals are not reliable because numbers can be cooked.
Just an example that I remember perfectly, when Enron went BK, the chart was falling like a rock since many weeks, and people was not knowing why, who sold when the chart gave sell signal(chartists), protected his capital, who followed the fundamentals, held or sold only after to know the real situation, too late.
The CEO and CFO were arrested, and, I think more members from management, so in my opinion, charts are the only way to go, and, it works for me so far, after 17 years.
