Nope! I think the announcements only get bigger from here, so I wouldn't even want to chance selling and then wake up the next day and read a monster PR and have this stock go berserk and miss out. I am nice and comfortable holding despite the efforts in the market trying to get me to sell.

I think the management team is making every effort to maximize shareholder value as Kenneth Waggoner stated in the recent PR regarding the new agreement with Chardan .

"Our shareholders should be assured that Nuvilex has worked diligently to fund our technology in a responsible fashion so that shareholder value is maximized."

I think this new deal with Chardan and the invitations to the microcap investment conferences speak well to us getting needed funding and base support.

I am personally not going to wait for .20 and will be adding over the next few days.

I expect to see this below $0.20 soon. I would also expect to new promotional and spamming activity as a result of the new venture capitalist firm.

The engagement letter is rather self motivating for Chardan. Sell NVLX stock and Chardan is paid fees. No fees if they do not sell NVLX stock.

Therein lies the problem.
