It can be anything. Don't get me wrong, I'd LOVE it if it were insiders, but it could even be one person with like 20 grand plus a few flippers. It can be MM who're covering after a all the shorting that happened past few days (when it was in the .003). Still, it's good news and there's no point speculating on it too much. I'm holding my shares, and not gonna risk flipping right now for a lower pice.
