Actually, your low class thrill at bashing lawyers aside, O'Melveny lawyers have been quite conservative. If you have listened to statements and press releases they have made, especially in this last Skype affair, they have been quite careful in their out of Court statements.
As you may or may not know, I am not a big fan of the way O'Melveny has handled this case, but that is a jurisprudential opinion, it does not concern itself with ad homonym.
In Court and in the pleadings they can allege and say anything they want. This is constitutionally protected and it must be for the best possible ability to hear all the arguments. And they have not abused this privilege.
