I did not sign up for site, though I noted you have to bet from native casino venue, and can bet on anything, anywhere (in sports betting?). I had problems with their wording, and it seemed that your 'win' went to casino 'use coupons'? That is OK and solves putting out cash for wins and also step forward towards tribes getting into online gambling. I am sure tribes and ATIG will be a lot more comfortable with some online user data to work forth from.
I can foresee that various governmental groups will want to look this data over also (as a courtesy to expanding data pool of info on online users, etc.) This might make tribes 'uncomfortable', as they appear to want to avoid contact with any governmental levels.
