Oh, so now I was correct in stating those shares were restricted? LOL

That's not what was said earlier in response to this:

The 10Q also states that those conversion shares were restricted, so how did they get sold in the huge volume last week?

The 10q tells you the exact number of shares that were converted. Happened all last week with thT insane volume, it's already done.

Facts are a real hindrance, aren't they?

The response:

Shares conversions are 'not restricted' as you stated but NYBD can issue restricted stock.

Now the response to the posting of the actual wording in the 10Q:

Restricted, yes, so must be held. Issued and outstanding, yes but not free yet.

YES, that's what I said when it was claimed that those shares were in the trading last week!
